Delivery Time

The Netherlands 3 – 5 working days
Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany: 5 – 10 working days
Rest of Europe: 10 – 12 working days
Outside Europe: 12-17 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for each country will vary. Shipping fees that apply for your country will be shown at the end of the checkout.

For all customers outside of the EU: Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total.

Orders are shipped the following working day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order.

Delivery Status

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed.
